Join the CJRO small band for an afternoon celebrating three legendary artists who helped define the sound of modern jazz. Desert Island Discs pays tribute to the timeless music of Nancy Wilson, Cannonball Adderley, and Bill Evans—each a master in their own right.
Vocalist Tatiana LadyMay Mayfield brings warmth, style, and soul to the stage. The concert also highlights the joyful, blues-inflected fire of Adderley’s saxophone and the beauty of Evans’ harmonically rich piano stylings.
